Designed for informed changes
MachKit automates the tedious discovery work, not the decision. Before a destructive action, it shows what will change and asks you to confirm it.
File metadata and scan results stay on your Mac. The app does not require an account or cloud service.
Uncertain cleanup findings are left unselected, protected locations are blocked, and paths are validated before removal.
Cleanup and app removal normally move selected files to Trash so they can be restored if needed.
